Where the comparison figures come from. Ex VAT throughout. Every: real quotes supplied to schools we work with and their published G-Cloud list price (£1,526 per licence per year). For a single site we use their single-module list price; for multi-site estates on Gold or Platinum, their four-module compliance bundle at the post-discount rates quoted — approx. £9,500 a year for five schools and £19,140 a year for nine, estimated pro rata in between and beyond; for Silver, their single Business Management module at the effective multi-school rate of approx. £725 per site. Three-year totals include their implementation vouchers at the “goodwill” rate of £400 per school and our Launch Credit where it applies (free with Gold and Platinum; £450 on Silver, waived with a two-year commitment). iAM Compliant: the Gold and Platinum comparisons use a personalised quote obtained directly from iAM Compliant in July 2026 — iAM Advanced at £1,460 per school per year, flat rate (their advertised rate is “from £3 per day”, approx. £1,095). The Silver comparison uses their advertised Essentials from-rate of £1 per day (approx. £365 per school per year), as no Essentials quote is on file — treat that one as a floor. Setup costs are not published, so none are included. Their bundles do not include AI photo triage or inspections that raise jobs automatically; Gold and Platinum do. GovernanceProof: included in Platinum only. Neither comparator includes a board portal — a governance platform such as Huddle or GovernorHub is typically a separate additional subscription on top of the figures shown, so on Platinum the true like-for-like would add that subscription to the Every and iAM columns (in development, launching with early partners).
