We built EstateProof to compete the other way round — one published price, held, with the product doing the persuading. Here’s the like-for-like view.
This is the difference that outlasts every feature list. Every and iAM Compliant are both hosted platforms: your work orders, certificates, photos and compliance evidence live in their database, and when you leave, you export what you can and rebuild. EstateProof runs inside your own Microsoft 365 — every job, photo and certificate lives in your SharePoint, under your governance, with staff signing in through the Microsoft accounts they already have. Cancel tomorrow and you lose the app, not the data. It was never ours to hold.

Every is a suite of separately priced modules (Business Management, Asset, Policy, Condition and others), hosted on their platform, sold per school on 36 or 60-month auto-renewing contracts. iAM Compliant is a hosted compliance and training platform sold per school in two core packages, Essentials and Advanced, with training and sustainability modules priced on top; pricing is personalised per school rather than published. EstateProof is one product with two tiers that runs inside your own Microsoft 365 — no new licences, nothing to install, unlimited users on everything.

Where iAM Compliant is genuinely stronger — the training library — we say so. If staff e-learning is your priority, that column matters; if estates, PPM and compliance evidence are the job, read on.
Most trusts pay twice: once for a compliance platform, and again for a governance portal (Huddle, GovernorHub or similar) to run board meetings in. Every connects compliance data into its own suite — credit where due — but neither Every nor iAM Compliant offers the board-portal feature set itself: meeting packs, e-signed approvals, external board members. GovernanceProof folds that whole second subscription into the platform — it comes with Platinum, the full-suite tier — with your board papers held in your own tenant, not a vendor’s cloud. GovernanceProof is in development, launching with early partners — we’re comparing what it is being built to do against what the others publicly offer today. To be fair to Every: it does connect governance-adjacent compliance data within its suite; the gap is the board-portal feature set and where the data lives. Comparator feature claims verified against Every’s and iAM Compliant’s public product pages on 29 July 2026. A governance portal such as Huddle or GovernorHub is typically a separate additional subscription alongside either comparator.
EstateProof is one price per school per year, published, ex VAT: Silver from £950, Gold from £1,595 and Platinum from £2,250, stepping down as the estate grows. Every’s pricing starts from a G-Cloud list price of £1,526 per licence per year and is then “discounted” deal by deal. iAM Advanced is advertised “from £3 per day” per school — but when we asked for the personalised price, the quote came back at £1,460 per school per year, flat. That’s £4 a day: a third above the advertised rate before you’ve started. The cleanest comparison is real numbers:

The iAM figure isn’t their advert — it’s a personalised quote obtained in July 2026: £1,460 per school per year, flat, against an advertised “from £3 per day”. For a single school the two are close — iAM’s quoted rate is £135 a year under Gold — but every EstateProof figure includes AI triage, inspections that raise jobs automatically, unlimited users and your data held in your own tenant, none of which appear in the other columns at any price. From four schools up, Gold costs less per school as well: £65 a year less across a mid-size MAT and £310 per school less at trust scale, which is £6,200 a year across a 20-school trust. Against Every, it isn’t close at any size: £6,585 a year lower at nine schools, roughly £22,650 lower at twenty, with the safety workflow and AI the bundle doesn’t include. Every charges an £800 “Implementation Voucher” per school, valid for 12 months, which they then halve to £400 as a goodwill gesture — so a nine-school trust watches £7,200 become £3,600 and is expected to feel grateful. iAM Compliant doesn’t publish setup costs. Ours is one Launch Credit for the whole trust: setup, data import, a live launch session, the recorded training library and the admin guide. It’s free with Gold and Platinum, free on Silver with a two-year commitment, and otherwise a flat £450. There’s no expiry clock.

We’d rather keep a trust because the product earns its place than because the contract won’t let them go — or because their data is on our servers and leaving means a migration project. That’s not a slogan; it’s why your data lives in your tenant and the notice period is sixty days.
Every is an established supplier with a broad module catalogue, and if your trust wants a single vendor for HR-adjacent policy management alongside estates, or you’re already invested in their ecosystem, the switching cost may not be worth it. iAM Compliant has a genuinely good staff training offer — bite-sized, IOSH-approved courses — and if e-learning is the main thing you’re buying, they do it well.
